MARSHMALLOW ROLL
Mom’s famous recipe.
Melt 2 squares of semi-sweet choc. & 2 squares of unsweetened choc.
Add 1 tbsp. butter. Â Â Cool
Cut up 24 large marshmallows in quarters or use equivalent amt. of miniature ones.
Beat 1 egg, add ¼ cup icing sugar and beat in well. Add cooled choc. mixture to egg mixture.
Stir in ½ cup nuts and the marshamallows. Divide in half.
Roll each half into about a 2 “ roll.
Roll in coconut- wrap and chill.( medium length is best)
ps. I use small marshamallows (can use white or coloured)
